Services

I am currently offering individual teletherapy/telehealth for preteens, teens, young adults, and adults.

Therapies offered

I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure with Response Prevention. ​

I additionally provide trauma focused therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Treatment focuses

I am passionate about helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, self-injury, PTSD, OCD,  ADHD, academic stress, and stressful life events (e.g., moving to a new place, starting school, starting graduate school, social concerns, starting a new job).

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, empathetic, evidence-based, and non-judgmental.  I believe therapy is best when you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Together, we'll explore your goals, identify your strengths, and develop personalized strategies to promote growth and well-being. ​
